Bosch ABS ECU Repair & Testing Demonstration

  1. Remove the cap from the old ABS ECU module with a CNC machine.
  2. Remove the old silicone gel.
  3. Visually inspect the Bare Die connections and remove all hybrid connections.
  4. The aluminium and gold wire connections are made with an automatic ultrasonic bonder.
  5. Create new connections for ALL hybrid connections and damaged Bare Die connec-tions.
  6. Fill the ABS ECU unit with 'high specification' silicone gel.
  7. A new cap is assembled and a protection cover is used for transport.
  8. The Actronics Vision 3 machine then fully tests the unit with an automated script program.
  9. Once the unit has passed all tests, the rebuilt unit will be sent back to the customer.
