ECU and ABS ECU Rebuilding

Most ECU's are reconditioned with New Original Components (semiconductors / chips / sensors). For example; by the revision of the Mercedes A-Class ECU original sensors are placed, together with a professional calibration ensuring an end product that is equivalent to a new ECU, only now at the price that is 20% of a new ECU. Where the original board of the ECU is so bad that no revision is barely profitable, we even replaced the entire board of the ECU for a complete in-house developed and manufactured board or provide a completely new replacement. Hybride ECU’s The so-called hybrid ECU's (these are ECU's which have a circuit board that consists of a ceramic plate), we use the most modern machines in our rebuilding, which at most (ABS) ECU's we renew all hybrid connections automatically. Because we make multiple connections on each contact area, we can guarantee an extended life. Advanced ECU testers In order to detect the defect in your ECU and to be sure that after the overhaul / repair your ECU works well, ACtronics has three in-house designed and developed ECU testers. These machines are capable to communicate with the latest CAN, LIN, J1850 bus networks. In addition, these devices have very sophisticated functions that during the final tests of the ECU the anti theft system unlocks.
