The normal rebuilding time for most products is 3 to 5 business days (excluding shipping time). If this is to long, we can often provide the possibility of an emergency repair.

The warranty on our rebuild products is 2 years.

Shipping costs are not included in the product. For transport with cash on delivery to the customer in England we charge 15GBP (ex. VAT) for package until 2 kg. For products that customers send us, the customer accounts for the costs of transport.

Before you send us a product, please contact our sales department at telephone: 01206 849920. Fill in, after calling our sales team, the Repair Order Form and send it along with the component. This way we can better and more quickly help you and you get a confirmation e-mail when we receive the item.

The prices are based on a broken product that defected under normal circumstances (so excluding accident damage and water or fire damage). Degraded or broken parts are not covered by the repair price. Also we assume that the product has not send elsewhere to tried to be repaired or by yourself, because it often entails extra work, or sometimes even making it impossible to repaired. Unforeseen additional work for this reason is on behalf of the customer.

All prices are subject to change and exclusive of VAT. If a price differs from the pricelist we will let you know before the repair, but after diagnosis information. All prices are net prices for car dealers.

Many products that are not in our catalog, we can repair for you (not revision). This means that we only identify and correct the problem. Because we did no testing for lifespan, did not developed an repair process and often can only do partical testing, the repairs are not always 100% successful. In those cases we can not guarantee long lifespan, and some products in time will get defect again. For these products the customer still gets 2 years warranty from us, but should realise that a single product can't be repaired and that it's possible that the product may become defective again within the warranty.
